The Passion is targeted to the begginer's and intermediante's who what to get passionate about Kitesurfing and take there riding to the next level.

A completely new, re-designed range of SLE Delta shape kites that takes into account all the good features of the previous years' Passions and goes further. From previous years RRD needed to achieve more bar pressure, an important feature for beginners and intermediate level kiteboarders, and they got it thanks to the new bridle system. More manouverability, thanks to the wider tips and higher aspect ratio design. More stability, thanks to a more opened leading edge arch. More de-power ability, thanks to the new setting of the leading edge and bridle positioning. RRD kept it very easy to relaunch. With the new Passion MK III they have achieved a perfect freeride machine.



Global V3 Bar 2011

The new GLOBAL V3 presents many great innovations to make kite boarding safer, easier and more fun! The new GLOBAL bar is composed of 5 pieces, 2 x New side dual density end caps with soft ends for easy line rolling and a new quick trim to adjust the bar length, 2 x narrower diameter carbon bar tubes to improve grip potential and reduce hand fatigue and 1 x middle alu cast and polished integrated piece for de-power rope movement.

DE-POWER ELASTIC TRIM: in order to avoid the problem of having excess de-power trim rope hanging around that may possibly disturb you when kiting we have added an elastic bungee inside the spectra rope that allows you to reduce the excess rope and shorten it 50% of the stretched length.

QUICK RELEASE INTEGRATED CHICKEN LOOP: A completely new design for this moulded chicken loop part, ergonomically conceived, it is compact and complete of all features, clean, precise and very easy to be released and re-mounted with one hand.
