Wet n Dry has been supporting the boarding community by providing the best in Windsurfing, Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, Skateboarding and Surfing equipment since 1995. We started Kitesurfing when it was in its infancy way back in 2000! Since then it has grown to be a major part of our store. From day one, service has been our key to success. Because, even with the best prices on the latest in snowboard, wakeboard, skateboard, surf, kitesurf and windsurf equipment, if we didn't offer the best in customer service satisfaction, we would be nothing more than one of the countless boardshops that have flooded our market in the last few years. Everyone has realized that our sports are where it's at and everyone wants a piece of the action. In today's virtual world it's hard to tell what's real and what's not; which companies are made up of telemarketers who don't know what a snowboard, wakeboard, surfboard, windsurf board or a skateboard really is, and internet companies that work out of a garage where they hope to find the product you're looking for after you order it and your money is paid. Not us. All our staff participate in one or more of the sports we specialise in and are on hand to give advice or help with any queries you may have. Please feel free to call or mail us with you questions. SECURITY When ordering online with Wet n Dry you can be assured of a secure transaction. When you use your card, all your data is encrypted and held on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server and then passed to your bank for authorisation. Putting it simply, this means your personal information is protected from interception or misuse. The online shopping function uses a cookie to record a unique reference so that we can keep track of what you order. It takes up about 90 bytes of space and is only accessible by us. If your browser is set to reject cookies or if your network firewall won't allow them you won't be able to shop!! Privacy Under no circumstances will we trade or sell your customer details. In order to update you with our latest offers or news we may send out e-mails to our customers. If you would prefer not to receive these, we have an unsubscribe box. DELIVERY AND RETURNS Delivery is free next day to all UK destinations* * Excludes windsurf, surfboards, sails, masts ect over 150 cm to Northern Ireland, highlands and islands, please call or mail for a quote. info@wetndryboardsports.com We also delivery to mainland Europe** ** £17.50 - £35.00 for Sail and Mast ect £65.00 for Boards, Surfboards ect. ** Sorry we do not ship products over 3 meters in length. ** Sorry but we do not deliver to Eastern block countries. info@wetndryboardsports.com Delivery Times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excluding public holidays, etc.) Orders for next day delivery must be made by 1pm, but please call if it is after this time as we should be able to rush next day orders through up to 3.00pm. Next working day delivery apply to Mainland UK only. Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt. When we confirm receipt of your order, we will also let you know the anticipated delivery date. This is usually 24 hours from the time of dispatch (not from the time of your order). Scottish Highlands and Northern Islands deliveries taking 2-3 working days. We will quote on delivery for all overseas orders on an individual basis. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date. We will either issue a full refund for the item or send a different size if you would like an exchange. Just let us know what size you would like. In all return correspondence, please indicate your order number and name. Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
