Wet n Dry has been supporting the boarding community by providing the best in Windsurfing, Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, Skateboarding and Surfing equipment since 1995. We started Kitesurfing when it was in its infancy way back in 2000! Since then it has grown to be a major part of our store.

From day one, service has been our key to success. Because, even with the best prices on the latest in snowboard, wakeboard, skateboard, surf, kitesurf and windsurf equipment, if we didn't offer the best in customer service satisfaction, we would be nothing more than one of the countless boardshops that have flooded our market in the last few years. Everyone has realized that our sports are where it's at and everyone wants a piece of the action.

In today's virtual world it's hard to tell what's real and what's not; which companies are made up of telemarketers who don't know what a snowboard, wakeboard, surfboard, windsurf board or a skateboard really is, and internet companies that work out of a garage where they hope to find the product you're looking for after you order it and your money is paid. Not us.

 All our staff participate in one or more of the sports we specialise in and are on hand to give advice or help with any queries you may have. Please feel free to call or mail us with you questions.

SECURITY

When ordering online with Wet n Dry you can be assured of a secure transaction. When you use your card, all your data is encrypted and held on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server and then passed to your bank for authorisation. Putting it simply, this means your personal information is protected from interception or misuse.

The online shopping function uses a cookie to record a unique reference so that we can keep track of what you order. It takes up about 90 bytes of space and is only accessible by us. If your browser is set to reject cookies or if your network firewall won't allow them you won't be able to shop!!

Privacy

Under no circumstances will we trade or sell your customer details. In order to update you with our latest offers or news we may send out e-mails to our customers. If you would prefer not to receive these, we have an unsubscribe box.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile). Please note, we never disclose customer information to any third party. Prices on this site are in £/GBP.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIME

For swift mainland UK deliveries, we use TNT or Fastway who deliver between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt. When we confirm receipt of your order, we will also let you know the anticipated delivery date. This is usually 24 hours from the time of dispatch (not from the time of your order) with Scottish deliveries taking 2-3 working days. We will quote on delivery for all overseas orders on an individual basis.

BACK ORDERS

We carry large stocks, however, despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.

MAIL ORDER RETURNS

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back to the shop address within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts and a note of why they are being returned.

We recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.
