The Compact Alu boasts a unique design that turns heads and still manages to respond excellently to the toughest challanges. Based on the highly successful Professional Alu II, designer Cristoph Kirsch has taken the best features and made a more compact version.

The Compact Alu still features the ergonomic T shaped handle, making this shovel ideal for left or right handers, and the anti-slip coating ensures you maintain a good grip whilst shovelling, without wasting precious energy.

The smaller shaft means you can easily stow this compact shovel away. However, the blade does not comprimise on size and still offers one of the best snow shifting performances going!

Thanks to the tough 6000 grade aluminium, the blade of the Compact Alu is very strong and durable. The sharp, narrow edge will make easy work of even the hardest packed snow or ice and doubling up as an axe or hoe means this shovel will chop through just as much as its bigger brother, just as fast!

Rather than being welded to the blade this shaft attachment is riveted, helping to prevent breakage in the most common places. This means the Compact Alu is likely to last you twice as long as most.
